Dee was a tremendous blessing in helping me find a new home that I love! I moved from Indiana shortly before Covid, so i don't know the area well, nor did I understand Due Diligence. I used an employee benefit Realtor search to find Dee, and I am so thankful that I did! Dee showed me homes, asked me questions while walking thru, listened to my comments, and probably ended up knowing what I wanted better than I did. My price range changed - she adapted. What I would settle for changed - she adapted. While I was driving by a home I'd just seen listed, she called me, suggesting that we meet at a home that had been well out of my price range but had just dropped. After we walked through, I could see myself there, but knew it was going to need some work. She negotiated. There were some major findings in the inspection - she negotiated, then negotiated again. She handled the entire process including scheduling inspections and connecting me with a lender that was as patient as Dee is. Dee and the lender communicated directly unless they needed me which was incredibly helpful because I work a lot. She even found a contractor to quote repairs, the week of New Years, while I was vacationing in Florida. I felt extremely comfortable with her immediately and never felt like she saw me as a commission - she was there to make sure I was happy and to guide me through the process. She told me, after walking thru a house that I was considering settling for, that she could tell that wasn't the house for me. She wanted the house I make an offer on to be THE House. And it was! AND I feel like I gained a friend!
