We painted the whole house and redecorated it about 20 years ago when we moved in. Then we enclosed the screen porch into a four seasons room about 10 years ago. 5 years ago, we put on a new roof, painted the exterior, and re-surfaced the pool and deck. To present the house to the market, we neutralized all the most dramatic paint colors to enable you to more easily see your décor. The hardwood floors were refinished, the bedroom carpets are new, and the basement floor is new. The HVAC systems for the basement and main floor are new. The HVAC systems for our suite and the upstairs were serviced, as well as every other mechanical system in the house.
